Shaheynoor Talukder is the principal of Talukder Law. She has extensive experience in wills and estates, including trust planning and estate administration. Her practice includes representing clients in their capacity as estate trustees, beneficiaries or trustees of trusts.
Shaheynoor has extensive experience advising businesses on corporate and commercial matters. She also advises real estate purchasers and sellers in their home and business investments.
Shaheynoor was an adjudicator at the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB) tribunal where she presided over hearings and issued decisions on land use planning matters. She was the Vice-Chair for TLAB for one year.
In her spare time, Shaheynoor volunteers with local community organizations and is a long-time member of a rotary club in Toronto.
Jasmine Lau has over 20 years of experience working in the legal profession. Jasmine has extensive knowledge in family law, estate planning, and real estate law. She assists in preparing legal documents and organizing information for court appearances, trials and electronic filings. She is a graduate of both the Legal Assistant and Office Administration programs at Seneca College.
Kristen Nowosad is a licensed paralegal and has eight years of experience working in both law firms and government agencies. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Humber College, a Diploma in Paralegal Education, as well as a certificate in Legal Office Administration. Kristen is accepting new clients in proceedings before the Small Claims Court and various administrative tribunals in Ontario.
